Scott
Greetings. My name is Scott Gaulden and I have been the proud owner
of Simmons Floor Covering & Supply for 5 years. I am the third
generation of small business owners in my family and I take pride in
providing our customers with a satisfying buying experience.
I purchased Simmons Floor Covering & Supply while I was working on
an MBA from The University of North Texas. I looked at several
different businesses and liked what I saw in this business.
I believe a well run business is a lot like a family. We have to
work together as a team to satisfy our customers.
I get a great deal of satisfaction from helping customers and love
to hear our customers tell us that we did a good job for them. Our
vision is for each of our customers to refer us to 10 of their
friends and we take that vision very seriously.
When I'm not working I enjoy time with my wife (Julie) and three
children (Chelsea, Chloe, and Colby). I enjoy concerts and love
going to see high school football games.
Clayton
Since graduating from the University of North Texas with a business
degree in 1976, I have been involved in the construction and home
improvement industry for over 30 years. My focus for the past 10
years has been sales and project management in the commercial and
residential countertop and floor covering business.
My goal has always been to meet or exceed the customer's
expectations and, in doing so, being rewarded with their referrals
and recommendations. Come see me whether you have a small bathroom
remodel or a large commercial project. I'll work hard to meet all
YOUR needs.
Tricia
I began my home improvement career with custom closet design,
maximizing closet space and organizing home offices. From there, I
transitioned into the real estate industry. Working as a licensed
Realtor gave me the opportunity to counsel homeowners on the
importance of presenting their home in the best possible condition
from the first day on the market, including staging the home and
providing suggestions on what improvements create the highest return
on investment.
Later, I became a sales representative for a national restoration
company. I assisted home and business owners affected by flood, fire
or mold damage and returned them to pre-loss condition. One of my
duties was teaching classes to insurance and adjusting professionals
on the topics of water, fire and mold damage restoration and
remediation. I learned how flooring withstands the elements and how
important quality affects performance.
I became familiar with Simmons Floor Covering through the
restoration and remodeling industry. I love my work and enjoy the
satisfaction of completing a project on time and within budget. I
graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from SMU and live in Frisco
with my husband Kurt, son Thomas and 2 dogs, Ozzie & Annabelle.
Joshua
A native Texan, born in Haltom City and raised in Tarrant County, I
served my country for 4 years in the US Navy with 2 tours during the
Gulf War. After leaving the Navy, I began my sales career in
construction where I owned my own construction company for 2 years.
I transitioned to the auto industry as a finance and sales manager.
Through my connections with the insurance aspect of auto sales, I
was given the opportunity to move into the insurance side of the
industry where I sold commercial insurance to auto dealers.
In 2010, I met Scott and went to work for Simmons Floor Covering as
their sales and marketing coordinator. During this time, I started
my education in the flooring business. After extensive training in
residential and commercial flooring, I became a Project Manager for
Simmons Floors. Customer satisfaction is my number one goal and I
strive to maintain that high level of integrity with every project,
big or small. I pledge to find the right product for your specific
need and situation and I enjoy learning about the newest and most
innovative concepts in flooring and design and sharing these with my
customers.
I have a 10 year old son and enjoy fishing, hunting and playing golf
as any good Texas boy should. I also have a passion for charity
work, including working with teens to overcome alcohol and drug
addiction and providing support to those who are working towards
maintaining sobriety.
Bradly
Hello my name is Bradly Daniell. I have been in the Hardwood
Flooring business since 1992 and love the finished results of every
job completed. All my training in the flooring business came from
the school of hard nocks. I started at the bottom of the totem pole
and worked my way up from a installer to project manager. I pride
myself on the customer service that I provide to each and every
customer that I have the privilege of meeting. My goal is to
continue the tradition of customer service and highly trained staff
started over 20 years ago with Simmons Floorcovering. I have 2
beautiful daughters named Alexis and Autum who have always been a
joy in my life. My only son is a very spoiled dog named King.
Jack
Hi. I'm Jack the house cat. I've been with Simmons for over 7 years.
I started when I was just a 6 week old kitten.
I enjoy working with customers just like everyone else. Many times I
like to jump on the sample that I think someone should choose.
Mainly my job is to lie around and look good and I do it VERY well.
Unlike everyone else around here I really don't care if you like us
or not; that is because as a cat I really don't care what anyone
thinks!
